2025 NCAA Baseball Tournament Bracket: Projected Field Of 64 (May 21)

Conference tournaments are underway across the country and less than a week remains before the official Field of 64 is announced on Selection Monday.

The SEC maintained its grip as the nation’s leading conference with 13 bids in Baseball America’s latest Field of 64 projection, while the ACC held steady with 10 bids. The Big 12 (eight), Big Ten (three) and Sun Belt (three) also received three or more bids. The Big East and the Big West received two bids in the latest projection, including their automatic qualifiers.

Additional Field of 64 notes:

  • Georgia Tech, which was projected as a No. 2 seed last week, stepped into a hosting position while Tennessee moved behind the hosting line and into a two-seed position.
  • Iowa, UTRGV and Western Kentucky were the only three at-large teams included in last week’s projected field to not make the cut this week.
  • In their place, Oklahoma State, Xaiver and Houston Christian entered the field.
  • Kansas and Arizona moved up from projected three seeds to two seeds while Louisville, moved from from a three to a two.
  • Two league championships have already been decided with Holy Cross and Columbia winning the Patriot and Ivy Leagues, respectively.

Below, you’ll find the complete Field of 64 partway through conference championship week. Note that our projected hosts do not reflect the top 16 of our final Top 25 rankings and are instead a blend of standings and metrics.
