The Seahawks placed their lead running back Kenneth Walker III on injured reserve earlier today due to the ankle injury he suffered in the team’s last game.
In response, rookie RB George Holani was signed off the practice squad.
Walker tallied 573 rushing yards and seven touchdowns in 11 games this season but missed four games due to oblique and calf injuries. He also recorded career highs in receptions (46) and receiving yards (299) and added one receiving TD.
In addition to Walker, the Seahawks will be without tight end Brady Russell (foot) and safety K’Von Wallace (ankle) tonight.
