Arch Manning Signs Major NIL Deal With Red Bull
Athletes such as Manning have been prohibited from deals that allow them to profit from their fame while playing, handing those rights to the college sports teams. When the NCAA and several U.S. states changed these rules, restoring the student athletes’ NIL rights, athletes were once again allowed to make sums of money from sponsorships.
Athletes like Manning and Shedeur Sanders have taken full advantage of the opportunity, Manning owns a $6.6 million valuation, which is No. 1 on On3’s NIL 100 list. Ewers had an NIL valuation of $4.5 million last season.
Manning had two starts and played in some relief duty for Texas in 2024. He threw for 939 yards, nine touchdowns, and two interceptions. He rushed for 108 yards on 25 carries and scored four TDs on the ground.
The Longhorns head to Columbus this August to face the reigning national champion Ohio State Buckeyes. The Buckeyes beat the Longhorns 28-14 in the Cotton Bowl, denying them their shot at a national title.
Manning holds the No. 8 spot on the On3’s top returning players list. He was behind Ewers on the depth chart in 2024, but with Ewers off to the NFL, Manning is in one to be head coach Steve Sarkisian’s starter.

Last year, Manning was third with a $5.5 million valuation and deals with EA Sports and Panini America.
No. 1 on the list was Colorado QB Sanders, son of Deion Sanders, who, at over $6.5 million, had deals from Nike, Gatorade, Google, Under Armour, Oikos, Urban Outfitters, and many more.
