Opening day for the 2025 college baseball season is slated for Feb. 14.
Tennessee won the College World Series, SEC Tournament and the SEC regular-season championship in 2024. The Vols defeated Texas A&M in the College World Series finals, 2-1.
Tony Vitello enters his eighth season as Tennessee’s head coach. Vitello has compiled a 295–112 (109–71 SEC) record with the Vols since 2018. He guided Tennessee to three College World Series appearances (2021, 2023-24), two SEC Tournament titles (2022, 2024) and two SEC regular-season championships (2022, 2024).

The 2025 SEC Tournament is scheduled for May 20-25 at Hoover Metropolitan Stadium in Hoover, Alabama.
2025 NCAA Tournament regional play will take place May 30-June 2, while super regionals are scheduled for June 6-9. The 2025 College World Series is slated for June 13-23 at Charles Schwab Field Omaha in Omaha, Nebraska.
