Who are top college football recruits in 2026? Top 100 prospects, team rankings, more

Recruiting never sleeps in college football.

Wednesday’s National Signing Day kicked off the “regular” signing period for college football’s 2025 recruiting class, but few players remained to be signed, comparatively at least, after December’s early signing period. Meanwhile, coaches and programs have already begun looking to the 2026 recruiting class to add more roster talent for future seasons.

The vast majority of the 2026 recruiting class is uncommitted and ready to make official visits to inform their decisions on where to commit. Coming out of signing day 2025, Oregon has the top-ranked recruiting class in 2026, according to 247Sports’ Composite rankings.

Quarterback and Tennessee commit Faizon Brandon is highest-ranked player committed to a team, at No. 3 overall. However, 68 of the top 100 recruits have not announced their commitment to a team, and even those who have can easily be swayed to flip their commitment if other, more enticing offers come.

With National Signing Day 2025 largely in the rearview mirror for college football, here’s what to know about the top 100 players in the 2026 recruiting class:
