As we discussed on Tuesday’s episode of College Basketball Coast to Coast, Wednesday’s schedule does not compare to last night’s. But there are still some gems and a lot of bubble action.

(123) Chattanooga at (101) Samford, 7:30 (ESPN+ ($))

Outside of the Red Storm’s visit to bubbly Nova and must-wins contests for the Wildcats’ bubble rivals Wake, VCU, Dayton, Rutgers, and Stanford, there’s a potential SoCon championship preview set for Birmingham.

Mid- and Late Evening ET

(44) Oklahoma at (22) Missouri, 9 (SECN)
(92) Washington at (28) Ohio State, 8:30 (BTN)
(79) LSU at (41) Arkansas, 9 (ESPN2)
(55) Xavier at (85) Providence, 8 (Peacock ($))
(65) Arizona State at (8) Texas Tech, 9 (CBSSN)
(128) California at (2) Duke, 9 (ACCN)
(57) Drake at (113) Illinois State, 9 (MVC TV/ESPN+ ($))
(171) Wyoming at (37) New Mexico, 10 (FS1)
(267) Southern Miss. at (91) Arkansas State, 8:30 (ESPN+ ($))
(109) Troy at (317) Louisiana, 8:30 (ESPN+ ($))

While fans of bubble teams are undoubtedly aware to keep an eye on what transpires in CoMo, Columbus, Fayetteville, and Providence, they should also pay attention to 22-2 Drake’s trip to Normal and UNM’s home game against Wyoming. Both the Bulldogs and Lobos are well-positioned to earn at-large bids should they fail to win the Valley and Mountain West auto bids—with Drake’s case helped significantly by Kansas State’s six-game win streak, which has vaulted the Wildcats into the bubble conversation.
