The College Baseball Showdown will feature more teams than ever in 2025 over a three week period as the latest Division I College Baseball Season begins on Feb. 14 at the Shriners Childrens Baseball Showdown and continue with two weeks of the Amegy Bank College Baseball Series.
And there are quite the list of star players heading to Globe Life Field.
This event is no stranger to prospects playing at Globe Life Field. Three top-10 picks, including the No. 1, in the MLB Draft played at the College Baseball Showdown in 2024. The College Baseball World Series final teams also played in the event. Tennessee and Texas A&M played in Arlington in 2024.

Where Is The 2025 College Baseball Showdown?
The Shriners Children’s College Showdown and two-weekend Amegy Bank College Baseball Series presented by Kubota will take place at Globe Life Field in Arlington, Texas, and feature some of the top teams in the nation.
The 2025 season will mark the fifth consecutive year of college baseball at Globe Life Field – home of the world champion Texas Rangers – and the second straight year the action will span three weekends.
When Is The College Baseball Showdown?
The first weekend of the festivities, the Shriners Children’s College Showdown, will begin on Friday, Feb. 14 and will run through Feb. 16.
The following two weeks of action, the Amegy Bank College Baseball Series, will take place Feb. 21-23 and Feb. 28-March 2.
To keep the momentum going between the weekends, the series also will include four midweek games at Globe Life Field. Those contests will take place Feb. 18, Feb. 19, Feb. 26 and March 5.
