NFL win totals: Where Texans rank among the rest of the league in 2025

Here’s where Houston ranks entering 2025.

How much different will rosters be after next month’s NFL Draft? Not much, but certainly, the win totals won’t affect that outlook.

ESPN Bet released its projected win totals for every team in the NFL, allowing bettors to wager on whether a team will go over or under its line. This includes the Houston Texans, who despite having lost five-time Pro Bowl offensive tackle Laremy Tunsil this offseason, still remains a heavy favorite to win the AFC South.

Expectations are high for the Texans despite ending the 2024 season despite the offensive struggles down the stretch. The defense is expected to remain the backbone of the roster behind pass-rushers Will Anderson Jr. and Danielle Hunter and breakout All-Pro cornerback Derek Stingley Jr. If the offense can take a slight step forward in pass protection, there’s an opportunity for Houston to make a run to the conference championship for the first time in league history.

Coming off a 10-win season, the Texans’ expected win total hovers around the same as last season. But what about the rest of the league? Who are the favorites to win the most games next fall?

Here’s every team’s projected win total for the 2025 season:

AFC East

AFC North

AFC South

AFC West

NFC East
