Syracuse appealing to NCAA to get last year’s starting kicker another year of eligibility

Syracuse, N.Y. — Syracuse University is appealing an NCAA ruling that kicker Jackson Kennedy is out of college eligibility.

Kennedy finished last season as the Orange’s starting placekicker after the Orange cycled through Brady Denaburg and Jadyn Oh.
