Coach Lee Corso, a pillar of ESPN College Gameday, the Saturday morning show on ESPN throughout the college football season, is finally retiring due to his continuing mental decline. Fitz has always admired Coach Corso, but ESPN has turned him into a prop these last few seasons, so he hopes that on Corso’s final show — the first of the 2025 season — he will be treated with respect.
