8. Trebor Pena, WR, Syracuse

Penn State hosted Trebor Pena, and the Nittany Lions are in dire need at the position. Pena recorded a team-best nine touchdown receptions for the 10-win Orange, but wanted an increase in NIL for 2025 and Syracuse coach Fran Brown declined. A redshirt senior, Pena carries one remaining year of college eligibility. Prior to his breakout season, Pena battled injuries during his prior years at Syracuse, per Mike Mcallister. He had just one catch in 2020, two in 2021 and 22 in 2022. He missed all but one game of the 2023 season due to injury. He also had his 2021 season cut short after eight games due to injury.
