East Texas Baptist University’s Connor Massimini recently was named to the D3baseball.com Team of the Week. It is his second weekly award this year and first national award.
He was the ASC Hitter of the Week on March 3.
Massimini played in three games vs. LeTourneau University as ETBU erupted offensively, hitting 16 home runs in four games. Massimini had three home runs in one game, tying the ASC record.
ETBU is 23-11 and ranked in three polls. The Tigers will start a four-game ASC series on Thursday vs. Mary Hardin-Baylor in Belton.
