Indiana hopes Mendoza is a third success story.
“Mendoza has shown to be an excellent passer much like Kurtis Rourke was, but one thing he brings to the offense that Rourke didn’t is the ability to make plays with his legs,” Matt Weaver of Peegs.com said. “By all accounts, Mendoza had a good spring.”
