Where Kentucky Basketball recruits landed in the final On3 2025 rankings

The final rankings for the class of 2025 are starting to come out as players will be reporting to campuses in the coming weeks to start preparing for the 2025-26 college basketball season.

In their first full recruiting cycle, Mark Pope and his staff reeled in a pair of Kentucky kids who also happened to be among some of the top-ranked players in the class.

Several publications have already posted their final rankings for the class. On3 has now joined the party and posted its final rankings for the class.

The Kentucky Wildcats signees are led by Malachi Moreno, who comes in at No. 24 overall. Jasper Johnson also makes the cut for the top 50, coming in at No. 36 overall. Both players are considered 4-star prospects.

Also making the rankings with some Kentucky interest is 4-star wing Braydon Hawthorne. He made a huge jump in the updated rankings from No. 73 to No. 35 in the class.

Former UK commit and new Villanova pledge Acaden Lewis also made an appearance at No. 50 overall.

The Kentucky signees seem to have different thoughts from scouts at other publications. Some have more love for the UK signees, including ESPN, which slotted Johnson at No. 18 overall. It looks like they will have some more to prove when they take the court this fall.

Once again, with a transfer-heavy class, the Cats will be old. That also means they have plenty of room to take on some of the top prospects in the 2026 class. It should be a fun upcoming season in Lexington.
