
Tied 5-5 through regulation, State College baseball pulled away with two runs in the eighth inning to come up with a 7-5 win over Central Dauphin in Mid-Penn Conference Commonwealth action on Wednesday.

Sebastian Rhoades recorded a base hit for the Little Lions that drove in the two winning runs in extras. Rhoades finished 3-for-4 with a double, two runs and three RBIs for the Little Lions. Jake Hall (2-for-5, run), Kellen Williams (2-for-5, double, two RBIs) and Cam Machtinger (2-for-4, two RBIs) all recorded multiple hits for State College as well.
Cody Norman started on the bump for the Little Lions, fanning five around five hits and three earned runs over four innings.
