
Michigan State is the latest power four program to extend an offer to 2027 safety James Roberson of Allen, Texas
Michigan State football has extended an offer to a safety prospect from the Lone Star State.
James Roberson of Allen, Texas announced this week that he’s received an offer from the Spartans. Roberson made the offer from the Spartans known by posting on his social media X account.
Roberson is currently unranked on both Rivals and 247Sports. He is listed at 6-foot-0 and 195 pounds, and pays for Allen High. Roberson is a safety in the 2027 class.
Michigan State is one of nearly 10 schools to extend Roberson an offer, according to 247Sports. Others to offer Roberson includes Arkansas, Houston, Oklahoma, SMU, Texas Tech, Vanderbilt, Cal Poly and Tulsa.
