The 2025 NCAA DII baseball championship selections were revealed live on Sunday, May 11, on NCAA.com. The championship finals will be held at USA Baseball National Training Complex in Cary, North Carolina.

Sixteen campus sites will host double-elimination regional tournaments, leading into best-of-three super regionals. The eight winners move on to the championship finals, where a double-elimination format sets up the final best-of-three series to crown a national champion.
