The nine other teams that voted to keep the ‘Tush Push’ play are revealed

The big news of the day to come out of the NFL owners’ meeting was the league voting to uphold the ‘Tush Push’ as a legal play in the NFL. The Eagles were in favor of keeping it, for obvious reasons, and the Green Bay Packers were leading the opposition.

The vote was 22-10 in favor of banning the play, but it needed 24 votes to go through. For the second time in six months, the Eagles defeated the Packers by a score of 22-10. The biggest question on the minds of many after it was revealed that 10 teams were in favor of keeping the play was who the ten were. ESPN insider Adam Schefter answered the question for us.

It wasn’t going to surprise anyone when the Dallas Cowboys, New York Giants, and Washington Commanders weren’t among the 10 teams who voted to keep the play. On the flip side, the Detroit Lions were the only member of the NFC North to vote against the Packers. Some rivalries never die.

The full list, according to Adam Schefter:

It shouldn’t come as a surprise that only two of the 15 teams in the NFC would join the Eagles after watching them win the conference in two of the last three seasons.

All I know is that when the Philadelphia Eagles head to Lambeau Field to face the Green Bay Packers on Monday Night Football in Week 10, it will be must-see TV.
