DELAND — The Stetson Hatters have a chance to defend their crown.
After winning the ASUN baseball tournament and advancing to the NCAA Tournament in 2024, they are back in the conference finals in 2025. They will take on Florida Gulf Coast at noon Sunday at Melching Field.

The two teams previously met in the tournament Thursday. Stetson scored a 5-4 victory. The Hatters are 3-0 in the bracket so far, having also defeated Central Arkansas Wednesday and Austin Peay Friday.
FGCU started its run with a victory over Lipscomb Tuesday. But after falling to Stetson, the Eagles fought their way to the finals with three consecutive victories, including a doubleheader vs. Jacksonville and Austin Peay Saturday.
