2025 MLB International Reviews For All 30 Teams

Opening Day for the Dominican Summer League is here and so are Baseball America’s annual International Reviews, which offer the most in-depth resource available anywhere on 2025 international signings and an essential preview of the prospects to watch in the DSL.

In all, the International Reviews contain scouting reports on 322 players. Each team’s report includes a breakdown of their top signings, other important players to know and sleepers to watch among lower bonus signings.

The reports on these players—nearly all of whom will debut in the DSL—incorporate a blend of information on them as amateurs and more recent looks since the signing period opened in January. Players at 16 and 17 can change quickly, especially with a lot of pitchers who have seen their stuff jump. With players spending the last several months in team academies, facing pro competition and participating in preseason games, there’s now a clearer picture of how some players are already trending up.

The 2025 signing period remains open until Dec. 15, but there are only a handful of teams with a sizable chunk of bonus pool space remaining, so there won’t be many big money signings the rest of the year.
