LSU baseball looks to punch its ticket to the national championship series on Wednesday, June 18, while Arkansas looks to play spoiler and force an if-necessary game in the College World Series semifinals.
The Razorbacks, who fell to the Tigers in the opening round of the CWS, fought through the loser’s bracket to force a rematch against the in-conference foe. They’ll have to beat LSU twice in order to reach the three-game national title series.

Arkansas has received back-to-back big performances from its starting pitchers, as right-handed Gage Wood tossed a no-hitter with 19 strikeouts against Murray State, before left-hander Zach Root pitched five scoreless innings against UCLA on Tuesday, June 17.
Ace Kade Anderson, who was phenomenal against the Razorbacks on Saturday, is likely unavailable, although he could pitch Thursday, June 19, if Arkansas forces an if-necessary game.
