Hummer (Auburn +2.5) — If Auburn weren’t a flat out turnover machine this season, the Tigers might be considered the favorite in this game. Most traditional stats work in Auburn’s favor against the Aggies: Yards per play (Auburn 14th | Texas A&M 43rd) and yards allowed per play (Auburn 11th, Texas A&M 49th). But Auburn ranks 127th nationally in turnover margin, playing themselves out of games. Thus, if Auburn plays clean, I expect this to be close. If they don’t, A&M wins. With this game taking place on The Plains and A&M perhaps looking ahead to Texas, go ahead and give me the upset here. … Auburn 24, Texas A&M 21.

Crawford (Auburn +2.5) — Wait for the better number here if you’re backing the Tigers, but this is a dangerous setting for Texas A&M. With Texas looming, the Aggies must be focused on getting the job done at Jordan-Hare against a team that’s had an extra week to prepare for Marcel Reed and this offense. Texas A&M lost by 24 points the last time this opportunity presented itself as a narrow road favorite in the SEC. Hugh Freeze is due and I think the Tigers rattle Week 13 with their biggest win. … Auburn 27, Texas A&M 24.
