Boston College Football Schedule Times and Team Updates

We have just under 100 days to go before the college football season kicks off! Slowly but surely, the higher-ups are slowly announcing broadcast notes, and BC now has news for Weeks 1-3.

Boston College opens at home against Fordham on August 30th. The game will be at 2:00pm and broadcast on ACCNX.

After that, the Eagles hit the road for back to back night games. First comes Michigan State on September 6th which will be Saturday night at 7:30 on NBC. This should be an exciting rematch of last year’s Red Bandana Game in which BC prevailed in the final minute. Sparty will certainly be looking to make amends for letting the game slip away.

One week later, BC heads out west for its first ACC matchup with Stanford. ACC after dark for most of us out East, the game is set for 10:30pm on ACC Network.

In other related news recently, Eagle alum Treshaun Ward signed with the Hamilton Tiger-Cats in the CFL a couple weeks ago. Congratulations to him already making an impact in preseason games.

And lastly, Bill O’Brien and the BC staff have been smashing it on the recruiting front. Picking up a number of commitments of late has put the Eagles up to the #20 ranked recruiting class for 2026. O’Brien mentioned on the team podcast that new defensive line coach Jordan Thomas even went out to Alaska for a recruiting trip. No stones left unturned here.

Coming up on the BC calendar — June 1st will be a Mega Clinic on the Heights hosting over 1000 players from the local college programs (NESCACs, Ivys, and other New England programs).
