The NL East just continues to get better.
On Sunday, the Phillies acquired Jesus Luzardo from the Marlins. Later in the evening, the Nationals acquired first baseman Nathaniel Lowe from the Rangers. While opinions of each trade may vary in a vacuum, both Phillies and Nationals addressed areas of need. Overall, it seems that trades are certainly picking up around baseball. And while some free agent options remain intriguing, the trade market may be the best avenue for the Braves to improve.

As the season review series continues, Rasiel Iglesias had an unbelievable season as the Braves closer. If he can sustain that success into 2025, he will once again be one of the best relievers in the game.
For the minor league season reviews, Drew Compton is the latest prospect to be reviewed.
Though it is very early in the process, via 34 known public votes, Andruw Jones is currently at 63.9% of the vote when it comes to the Hall of Fame voting. He needs 75%, and is about in line early this year with where he finished last year. Ichiro, CC Sabathia, and Billy Wagner are all well on their way to earning induction in 2025, while Carlos Beltran is currently just under 70%.
