Chipper Jones has clarified some vague comments he made about college baseball earlier this week.

Jones, the Atlanta Braves legend, said on social media on Tuesday that he felt there were coaches who weren’t doing enough to respect the game— either by their actions or by what they allowed their players to do on the field.

On Wednesday night, Jones made additional comments clarifying the programs and coaches that he took issue with. Jones first mentioned Florida coach Kevin O’Sullivan, who later apologized for an incident that happened during the Conway Regional over the weekend where he was seen berating administrators on the field.

Jones also noted a lack of professionalism in the Georgia vs. Oklahoma State game and brought up an insensitive comment that was made by a Florida State player during a game.

“I’m hearing of other instances as well, but these are the ones that I witnessed,” Jones wrote on social media. “Whenever coaches have to issue apologies, I know I’m not the only one who feels this way. Want to wish the best of luck to the rest of the teams in the tournament. Have fun with ur teammates, respect ur opponent and respect the game!”

The college baseball season continues with Super Regional action this weekend, including 4 games on Friday.
