Dubuque schools accounted for seven of the 16 baseball players selected first-team all-American Rivers Conference on Wednesday afternoon.
Loras College landed Jackson Cullen, Vince Polizzi and Trevor Segraves on the top unit, while Jake Cekander and Aidan Elfering represented the University of Dubuque. Coe College’s Jake Brosius and Jack Walsh, who both prepped at Dubuque Wahlert, also earned first-team recognition after helping Coe to a regular-season runner-up finish this spring.
