Decommitted from: Utah (flipped to USC)

247Sports rank: Four-star | 92 rating | No. 147 overall | No. 17 OT

Recruiting background: A 6-foot-7 1/2, 290-pound offensive tackle out of Spanish Fork (Utah) High, Aaron Dunn decommitted from Utah and committed to USC just one day later, giving head coach Lincoln Riley and his staff their first blue-chip offensive line commit of the 2024 cycle. The flip comes just more than two months after the top-150 prospect originally committed to Kyle Whittingham‘s program over a group of finalists that also included BYU, Oregon, UCLA and USC.

Abbreviated scouting report: “Tall, athletic offensive tackle prospect with elite height and a lean build that wears existing mass well. … Narrower through the torso, but long-armed to allow for high pass-pro upside. Shows relatively good knee-bending ability and generally does not get caught off balance. Plays pretty flat-backed in pass protection. Not a ballerina on the outside, but creates a wide orbit around the arc and displays redirecting mobility to stave off counters.” — Brooks
