This time of year also marks a crucial stretch for recruiting, with on-campus visits picking up and undecided prospects narrowing their choices ahead of key commitments. However, some programs have already capitalized on the momentum, securing an early jump on the 2026 cycle.
USC continues its red-hot stretch on the recruiting front with 17 (!!) commits locked in already — more than any other program in major college football. The Trojans are making a strong case to secure their first top five class since 2018. But they are not the only powerhouse making noise, as Clemson, LSU and Texas A&M are also off to fast starts.
