Thus far, first-year Tar Heels coach Bill Belichick has landed 10 commitments out of the transfer portal with more expected. He’s hoping to turn North Carolina into a Year 1 threat in the ACC next season and already has his future quarterback in tow. The program reportedly has $20 million to spend on its 2025 roster, so the Tar Heels should be a force in the ACC.
