With less than a month until opening day, the consensus No. 1 ranked team in the nation is preparing for their journey back to the College World Series. After an offseason filled with numerous changes, the 2025 Texas A&M baseball team still feels remarkably familiar.
On Tuesday, D1Baseball released their 2025 Preseason All-American teams, and four Aggies made the cut.
Standing out immediately, the return of star hitters Jace LaViolette and Gavin Grahovic, who combined for 52 home runs last season, are just two of the players who represent what looks like the most power batting lineup in college baseball.
First Team:
- OF Jace LaViolette – .305/.449/.726 – 29 HR – 78 RBI
- P Ryan Prager – 9-1 – 2.95 – 124 K
Second Team:
- 2B Wyatt Henseler – .360/.465/.755 – 22 HR – 56 RBI
- 3B Gavin Grahovac – .298/.390/.596 – 23 HR – 66 RBI
Kendall Rogers of D1Baseball thinks A&M will have one of the best offensive teams in college baseball from top to bottom. Only time will tell, and getting to the championship is hard, but Maroon & White is built for that tough road.

The baseball team will start the season on February 14 against Elon at Olsen Field at Blue Bell Park.
