
On Thursday, nine schools participated in the 7th Annual County Fair College Combine. Anderson, Harrison, Middletown, Mount Healthy, Northwest, Princeton, Taft, Withrow and Winton Woods hosted dozens of college coaches at levels ranging from the Power 4 to Division III. The event started at 6 a.m. and finished around 8 p.m., with coaches travelling to each school’s campus for the workouts.
Many young athletes had dreams come true Thursday, receiving offers to play college football at the next level. Here is every player that received an offer during or after the combines.
Anderson
- Junior DB Ke’Maury Tye picked up his fifth Division I offer, this one from Ohio University.
- Four-star sophomore DB Ace Alston now has 33 Division I offers after receiving them from Virginia Tech and Miami-Ohio.
- Four-star sophomore LB Antwoine Higgins picked up offers from Stanford and Virginia Tech, and he now has 33 Division I offers.
- Sophomore LB Mark Madden now has 11 Division I offers after Kent State and Miami-Ohio offered him.
- Sophomore RB Jordan Davis grabbed offers from Kent State and Toledo.
- Freshman QB Brody Poetter picked up offers from Kent State and Miami-Ohio.
Harrison
- Sophomore DB Ben Markarian picked up Miami-Ohio, Eastern Michigan and Kent State offers.
- Junior OL/DL Colby Quinlan has been gaining interest from multiple MAC schools.
- Junior WR/DB Josh Adelsperger earned an offer from Defiance College and is garnering interest from Division II and FCS schools.
- Junior LB Grant Dallio was offered by Wittenberg.
From Harrison’s head football coach, Derek Rehage: “A lot of kids had great days. Some young guys were liked by some Division I schools as well.”
Middletown
- Sophomore DL Jaiden Davis picked up an offer from Kent State.
Northwest
- Sophomore DB Hezikiah Kelly received an offer from Kent State. He now holds offers from four FBS programs, with the others being Eastern Michigan, Miami-Ohio and Toledo.
- Sophomore DB Jaylin Lilly received his first FBS offer from Kent State.
Princeton
- Junior OT Danny Fortson Jr. got an offer from Youngstown State.
- Junior TE Landen Miree picked up an offer from Miami-Ohio.
- Junior LB Andre Parker Jr. earned an offer from Buffalo.
Taft
- Freshman ATHLETE Lorenzo McMullen picked up an offer from Ohio University.
- Sophomore ATHLETE Monsanna Torbert Jr. grabbed offers from Indiana, Iowa, Maryland and Kent State.
- Sophomore OT Kalel Johnson earned offers from Virginia Tech, Missouri, Ohio State and Western Michigan.
- Sophomore ATHLETE Josiah Pouncy received offers from Maryland, Louisville, Western Michigan and Kent State.
- Junior DL Bryce Brewster picked up an offer from Appalachain State.
- Junior ATHLETE Najia Hill earned an offer from Western Michigan.
- Junior ATHLETE Adam Kirtley got offers from Western Michigan and Ball State.
Winton Woods
- Freshman DL Jayden McKinney picked up offers from Miami-Ohio, Toledo and Western Michigan.
- Four-star sophomore EDGE Jaylen Mercer received offers from Pittsburgh, Virginia Tech and Western Michigan.
- Sophomore OL Lual Aleu earned an offer from Temple.
- Junior LB Josai Hill earned offers from Central State, Defiance and Walsh.
- Junior ATHLETE Jonir Travis grabbed an offer from Wittenberg.
- Junior ATHLETE Rihyael Kelley earned offers from Alcorn State and Temple.
- Junior WR/ATHLETE Terrell Burton got an offer from Western Michigan.
Withrow
- Sophomore WR/DB Charles Alexander Jr. received offers from Kent State, Western Michigan, Maryland, Pittsburgh and Indiana.
- Sophomore WR/TE Jaiden Greene received his first two Division I offers, from Western Michigan and Kent State.
- Junior WR Dantrell Moses received an offer from Walsh University.
- Junior OL Justyn Lyles picked up offers from Buffalo and Western Michigan.
- Junior DB Jaycee Houston II grabbed offers from Western Michigan and Buffalo.
