Eastern Florida State College Baseball Player Bo Tabola Named FCSAA Baseball Player of Week

Titans will be at Bruce Bochy Field on Saturday for a doubleheader

BREVARD COUNTY • FLORIDA —Eastern Florida State College baseball player Bo Tabola was named the FCSAA Division I Baseball Player of the Week on Tuesday.

The redshirt-freshman went 7-for-9 in two games last week for the Titans.

Tabola hit for the cycle against Palm Beach State College, driving in four runs and scoring three times finishing 5-for-6 in the win.

Then, the catcher and outfielder went 2-for-3 with a double and scored twice in the game against Polk State College.

For the season Tabola is hitting .387 with two home runs and seven RBI. He also has seven stolen bases.

Eastern Florida State College will open the Citrus Conference season this week, playing Hillsborough Community College in a three-game series. They will be at Bruce Bochy Field on Saturday for a doubleheader beginning at 1 p.m.
