Georgia Bulldogs Football Player Suspended After Crashing His Muscle Car

Yet another Georgia Bulldogs college football player is in hot water after being involved in a big car crash. This time it was offensive lineman Marques Easley who plowed a Dodge Challenger into another vehicle and almost hit the front door of a house in Athens, Georgia. He’s lucky he didn’t kill anyone, including himself.

See the custom Cadillac Shaq forgot he bought.

The poor Challenger clearly has extensive front and rear damage in a photo of the crash aftermath. Not only did Easley hit the car that was parked in the driveway late on the night of March 17, he also ripped an electrical box out of the ground.

To pull that off, he had to have been going at a pretty good clip in the Mopar muscle car. Our understanding is those boxes are pretty tightly anchored to the ground, just in case something like this happens.

While Easley is probably going to be facing some sort of legal consequence for the crash, the Georgia football program has already suspended him indefinitely. The incident leaves yet another blemish on the program’s already tarnished reputation with the community.

According to a report from Sports Illustrated, quite a few Bulldog players have been involved in driving-related incidents recently. In fact, it claims since January 2023, so a little over two years, there have been a total of 24 incidents.

Just what’s going on in Athens, Georgia? Why do so many players from the program have such a need for speed?

Another Bulldogs football player was recently suspended from the team indefinitely, wide receiver Nitro Tuggle. He was arrested for speeding and driving recklessly.
