Texas comes into this game red hot. The Longhorns have won 10 games in a row, and 15 of their last 16 (with the lone loss coming in a 15-inning marathon at Kentucky).

Overall Texas’ dominance has been led by its pitching staff. The Longhorns have a 3.07 ERA, which is the lowest in the SEC, the lowest among Power Four teams, and the second-lowest in the country.

That staff will now face an Arkansas team that has scored 426 runs in 46 games this season. That’s the most runs in the SEC, the most among Power Four teams, and the fourth-most in the nation.

The Razorbacks will be trying to bounce back from a series loss last weekend. Arkansas was at Florida and dropped two of three games. That was the third series loss in a row for the Razorbacks, after starting conference play with an 11-1 record.

Regional Restrictions May Apply.
