
The Hoosiers 2024-25 season is officially over.
Indiana will miss the NCAA Tournament for the second year in a row and for the seventh time in the past nine seasons.
Indiana was not selected for the 2025 NCAA Tournament.

The Hoosiers were considering entering the NIT postseason tournament and the College Basketball Crow, a new consolation tournament sponsored by Fox – but discussions between head coach Mike Woodosn, AD Scott Dolson and the Hoosiers players have ended any hope at postseason play for the 2024-25 season.
The College Basketball Crown is a 16-team event in Las Vegas featuring at least two programs from the each of the Big Ten, Big East and Big 12 it beings on March 31st.

Indiana finished 19-13 overall, 10-10 in the Big Ten for the 2024-25 season after being projected to finish in the top 25 and top five in conference play this year. Indiana lost 72-59 to Oregon Thursday in the Big Ten Tournament which officially ended their season Thursday at Gainbridge Fieldhouse in Indianapolis.
The Hoosiers ranked No. 54 in the NET, which put them behind fellow bubble teams in No. 36 University of North Carolina, No. 39 University of Texas and No. 45 Xavier University, among others. All three programs received bids to March Madness.
The Hoosiers were in the last four out but entered Selection Sunday No. 54 in the NET rankings. They were 4-13 in Quad 1 games, 5-0 in Quad 2, 6-0 in Quad 3 and 4-0 in Quad 4.
The last four in: Texas, Xavier, San Diego State and North Carolina. The first four out: Indiana, West Virginia, Ohio State and Boise State.
