The transfer portal is set to officially open on Monday, March 24, but Indiana parting ways with Mike Woodson means that members of the Hoosiers’ current roster are eligible to enter their names as early as today.
New head coach Darian DeVries will assess the current roster and decide who to keep and who would likely be at their best elsewhere. He’ll also have the time to scout potential portal prospects.
One way or another, a huge offseason looms for the program ahead of DeVries’ first season. With some of the top NIL resources in the sport at his disposal, DeVries will have the ability to shape this first roster as he sees fit.
He’ll have a solid starting point in the portal with his son Tucker, among the top backcourt players in the country, expected to join him in Bloomington.
