Jarrett Allen Won’t Return On Friday

18 seconds agoCleveland Cavaliers center Jarrett Allen (hand) has been ruled out for the rest of Friday’s game against the New York Knicks. Allen suffered a right hand injury during the third quarter, but luckily the X-rays were negative. The Cavs are going to play it safe and hold out Allen for the rest of this contest. For now, fantasy managers should consider Allen as day-to-day. Evan Mobley figures to see more time at the center spot, while De’Andre Hunter and Dean Wade could play more minutes during the final quarter or so of this game.
