SIOUX FALLS, S.D. — The Field of 68 is partnering with Sanford Sports for an opening-day men’s college basketball festival set for Monday, Nov. 4.
Three games will take place at the Sanford Pentagon, featuring South Dakota State University.

Here’s the schedule:
11 a.m., College of Charleston (S.C.) vs. Southern Illinois
2 p.m., St. Louis vs. Santa Clara (Calif.)
5 p.m., McNeese State (La.) vs. South Dakota State
The games also will be broadcast on the Field of 68’s YouTube Channel and X feeds.
Tickets are available at www.ticketmaster.com.
General admission tickets begin at the starting price point of $10 apiece, providing access to all three games.
There also are $30 seats, which including a voucher for concessions. Courtside seats also are available.
The Sanford Pentagon has become the site of many NCAA Division I men’s and women’s games since 2013, with the first contest between nationally known Wisconsin and St. John’s.
Minnesota West begins play Friday
The Minnesota West Community and Technical College men’s and women’s basketball teams open the 2024-25 season on Friday and Saturday at Sisseton-Wahpeton College in Agency Village, S.D.
Friday’s women’s/men’s doubleheader begins at 6 p.m. Saturday’s twinbill starts at 11 a.m.
