Louisville baseball released its 2025 schedule on Wednesday morning and once again the Cardinals will face a challenging slate.
Beginning the 19th season of the Dan McDonnell era, the Cardinals will open the schedule at the Shriners Children’s College Showdown Feb. 14-16 at Globe Life Field in Arlington, Texas. The Cardinals will take on Texas, Oklahoma State and Arizona, all of which were postseason teams one year ago.
The home schedule begins on Feb. 19 with Xavier visiting Jim Patterson Stadium. Other non-conference foes set to visit UofL this season includes Western Michigan, St. John’s, Indiana, Cincinnati, Vanderbilt, Kentucky, among others. In addition to UK, the Cardinals will also host in-state foes Morehead State, Eastern Kentucky, Western Kentucky, Northern Kentucky and crosstown opponent Bellarmine.
Louisville will open its ACC schedule at home when it hosts North Carolina for a three-game set March14-16.
