Louisville baseball vs Vanderbilt live updates: NCAA regional game time, TV info

NASHVILLE — Second-seeded Louisville baseball is set to play top-seeded Vanderbilt at 9 p.m. ET today.

Cardinals coach Dan McDonnell refers to the contest as the “1-0 game” with both teams having a win under their belt in the NCAA baseball regional tournament’s double-elimination format.

“I’m looking for a really competitive game,” McDonnell said. “It’s an honor, and it’s a great opportunity to be in the 1-0 game. I call it one of the most exciting games in all of college baseball.”

McDonnell’s career hasn’t been short of those games; Louisville has won each first game of the regional tournament it made since 2009.

Stay tuned for live updates throughout the regional contest.
