But as we approach Opening Day 2025, those players are already being discussed in the same breath as superstars such as Shohei Ohtani, Aaron Judge, Juan Soto and Mookie Betts.
And that youth explosion isn’t going to slow down any time soon.
This year’s No. 1 prospect is 23-year-old Japanese righthander Roki Sasaki, who will open in the rotation of World Series-champion Dodgers.
