The road to the Ozark Mountain Sports Complex — home to the Missouri State High School Activities Association state baseball championships — begins in earnest on Monday, May 19, with district tournaments.
Six Springfield Metro teams carry state rankings into the postseason in their respective classifications, according to the most recent coaches polls, including Nixa, Ozark, Willard, Logan-Rogersville and Fair Grove.
Most have been paced by seniors who’ve signed letters of intent to continue playing the game in college.
Here’s a list of more than 30 Class of 2025 college-bound players from the Daily Citizen’s coverage area looking to end their high school careers on a good note.
