Goodman soared 67 spots, from No. 86 to No. 19 overall in the finalized Top247 rankings released last week, and is the five-star interior offensive lineman to commit to the Nittany Lions in the modern recruiting era (since 2000). The Paramus (N.J.) Catholic product measured in at 6-foot-5.5, 320 pounds with 10-inch hands and a nearly 6-foot-11 wingspan at the Navy All-American Bowl in San Antonio and has “significant NFL Draft upside,” according to national recruiting analyst Hudson Standish.
