NC State baseball released its full schedule for the 2025 season Tuesday afternoon.

This coming season’s slate of games features an early trip to Jacksonville, Florida for the Jax College Baseball Classic, taking on Davidson in Kannapolis and the first ever trip to Cal for an ACC game.
The season opens on Valentine’s Day — how can you be romantic about baseball? — at the Doak against Fordham before the Pack heads down the Florida. “The best tournament outside of Omaha,” the Jax Classic pits the Pack against Ohio State, Alabama and Coastal Carolina for a healthy dose of high-quality opponents early in the season.
March brings a bevy of in-state showdowns with midweeks against UNC-Greensboro, Campbell, NC A&T, Davidson and Duke. The Wildcats took on the Wolfpack in Charlotte back in 2023, but this season’s matchup brings NC State vs Davidson to Kannapolis, North Carolina March 18. That neutral site midweek game also comes a couple of days after the red and white’s ACC opener at home against Virginia Tech.
NC State plays at home for all but four games in the month of April. The Doak will host high-profile conference series against Virginia, Louisville and Clemson as well as local midweek draws against East Carolina, UNCG and UNC-Wilmington. The only road trips of the month come on April 8 at ECU and 17-19 at Cal. The Pack has played Cal once before in program history, a 4-0 defeat in Myrtle Beach back in February of 2011.
The pendulum swings the other way in May which has the Pack9 playing seven consecutive road games. The team returns to the state of Florida to play Miami before making the trek back to NC to visit UNCW and UNC. The regular season finale against Stanford mercifully takes place at the Doak. That series marks the first meeting between the Wolfpack and Cardinal since beating Stanford in its opening game of the 2021 College World Series.
The postseason action gets underway with the ACC Championship May 20-25.
