NCAA baseball tournament bracket: Super regional matchups, schedule, pairings for CWS

The road to Omaha continues on in the NCAA baseball tournament with sixteen teams vying for one of eight spots in the College World Series.

Those tickets will be punched over June 6-9 at eight different super regional sites throughout the country, with nine of the remaining 16 teams in the 64-team field being nationally seeded teams.

While nine seeded teams are in contention for the CWS, the top two national seeds in the field aren’t as No. 1 Vanderbilt and No. 2 Texas each lost in their respective regionals. Defending national champion, No. 14 Tennessee, is still alive in the postseason and will look to take down No. 3 Arkansas in the Fayetteville Super Regional to play for the right to become the first back-to-back national champion since South Carolina in 2010 and 2011.

Louisville Super Regional

Who is in the NCAA baseball tournament super regionals?

The super regionals of the NCAA baseball tournament consists of nine national seeded teams and seven unseeded teams. Those unseeded teams include: Arizona, Duke, Louisville, Miami, Murray State, UTSA and West Virginia.

Of the seven unseeded teams that won their regionals, some of the most notable ones are Louisville and UTSA. The Cardinals came out of the Nashville Regional that No. 1 seed Vanderbilt hosted, while the Roadrunners came out of the Austin Regional that No. 2 seed Texas hosted.

When are the NCAA baseball tournament super regionals?

Here’s the full 2025 NCAA Baseball Tournament schedule:

The College World Series is set to take place June 13 through June 22 or June 23 in Omaha, Nebraska. The CWS championship series will start on June 21 and run through June 22 or June 23, depending on whether the series requires two or three games.
