The NFL Honors annually present the awards for the best of the 2024 season of the professional football league in the United States.
The event, which will be hosted by rapper and NFL fan Snoop Dogg, has been held since the 2012 season, when it was held the day before the Super Bowl, and since 2022 it has been held on the Thursday before the final game of the season, with a gala that includes not only the best of the league, but also multiple stars from outside football who attend what has been called “the Oscars of the NFL”.

At the ceremony, awards will be presented for the best of the 2024 season, and what many consider to be the most important award of the night, even above the MVPs, the Walter Payton NFL Man of the Year, will also be presented.
It consists of recognizing an NFL player for excellence on and off the field. The award was established in 1970 and has been named since 1999 in honor of the late Hall of Fame running back Walter Payton.
Each team nominates a player who has made a positive and significant impact in their community, and a winner is selected from the 32 nominees.
All current players who have received this esteemed award are honored with a patch with the silhouette of the trophy on the front of their jerseys.

The event will take place on Thursday, February 6, and will be held at the Saenger Theater in New Orleans, the host city of Super Bowl LIX.
