The Steelers will play at least one game overseas, and are in consideration for several others.
Steelers’ designated team for the 2025 Dublin Game
The NFL selected the Pittsburgh Steelers as one of the designated teams for its 2025 Dublin Game to be played at Croke Park, which the NFL said is the largest sporting arena in Ireland.
This will be the second time the Steelers have played in Ireland.
The Steelers played a preseason game in 1997 against the Chicago Bears at Croke Park, as part of the American Bowl series.
Which team will the Steelers’ play in the 2025 Dublin Game?
The NFL hasn’t yet determined which team the Steelers will face in Ireland.
The NFL said it would announce which team the Steelers will face in the Dublin Game when the 2025 NFL schedule is released later this spring.
Published reports indicate the Steelers could face either the Bengals, Bills, Browns, Ravens, Colts, Dolphins, Packers, Seahawks or Vikings in the 2025 Dublin Game.
Steelers in consideration for other international games this season
The NFL is hosting seven overseas games in the 2025 slate of international games. Aside rom Ireland, those games will be played in Berlin, London, Madrid and São Paulo.
The Steelers could also possibly be assigned to play in the London Games or the 2025 Madrid Game.
