LYNN, MA — North Shore host families are sought for college baseball players on the North Shore Navigators out of Lynn this summer season.
The Navigators bring in talented players from all over the country with the help of the host family network that provides them with a “home away from home” for the season. The hosting experience and housing arrangement can prove beneficial and rewarding for both the host families and the players, with many long-lasting relationships formed.
The requirements are simple: a bed, laundry facilities, a parking spot (if needed) and help with meals. Players are fed before and after games.
Each host family will receive:
- A lifetime pass for each family member
- Team photo in-season
- Host Family t-shirt for each family member
- Invitation to selected Navigators special events
- Free registration to the Navigators’ Future Prospects Summer Camp (for children)
- Host Family and Team Parent Weekend festivities
- On-field recognition at Navs’ last home game with player(s)
- A lifetime of memories
