
Orange City, Iowa – Northwestern football head coach Matt McCarty has finalized the Red Raider coaching staff for the 2025 season.
After serving two seasons as a graduate assistant, Greg Will has been promoted to a full-time assistant coach role, working with the offensive line.
Will, a 2022 Associated Press (AP) First Team and NAIA Honorable Mention All-American helped the Red Raider offense that sat led the nation offensively: leading the nation in third-down conversion rate at 55 percent and rushing touchdowns with 44, tied for second in passing touchdowns with 38, sat third in scoring offense at 43.7 points-per-game, total yards at 467.6 yards per game, ninth in rushing yards at 208.1 yards per game, and 14th in passing yards at 259.5 yards per game.
Will is a 2023 Northwestern graduate with a degree in criminal justice.
Cody Moser has been hired as an assistant coach, working primarily with the defensive secondary. He will begin his role in June.
He is a two-time NAIA All-American and two-time All-GPAC First Team selection. Moser was a leader on the Red Raider defense, picking off 16 passes and collecting 93 tackles in a Northwestern uniform. His interception total sits ninth in program history, and he led the NAIA in interceptions with 10 in his junior season. Moser also is a former standout for the Boyden-Hull/Rock Valley football team.
Moser completed his degree in elementary education from Northwestern in December 2024.
