The No. 19 Army Black Knights (9-0) will face off against No. 6 Notre Dame Fighting Irish (9-1) at Yankee Stadium on Saturday.
This matchup, which has been a fixture of college football for over a century, adds another chapter to the historic rivalry that dates back to 1913.
The Fighting Irish have largely controlled the series in recent decades, boasting a 39-8-4 all-time record, including a remarkable 15-game win streak since 1965. The last time Army triumphed over Notre Dame was in 1958, a victory that also marked the last time both teams entered the game ranked.
